Nicci Guzman co-manages the ranch operations with her father, Ernie. Nicci’s vision of bringing a world class equestrian facility to central Texas has been the driving force behind the many ongoing improvements to the ranch. It is now attracting riders, trainers, events and more to this idyllic setting. When you meet Nicci, it is instant joy. Her brilliant whit and magnetic personality is enough to make anyone feel like family.

Natalie
Natalie Guzman is a lifelong lover of all things equestrian. As a western pleasure rider, she is a regular presence on the ranch and can be most often found wandering through the stables sneaking carrot treats to her horses. She will always greet you with a warm smile and leaves a lasting impression on anyone she meets. Natalie loves yoga and has been instrumental incorporating yoga’s holistic principles into horseback riding to promote a better horse-rider relationship. Natalie and Nicci compliment each other’s talents beautifully.

Ernie Guzman
Ernie Guzman is a charismatic and well-known entrepreneur in Texas. He has owned several successful businesses leading up to his retirement, including the landmark Guzman Pontiac GMC in Houston. Today, he lives on Guzman’s 2N’s Ranch with his wife Bea. You can always spot him cruising around the property on his golf cart engaged in lively conversation and laughter with everyone. Ernie spends his days riding, planning his famous family gatherings, managing the ranch, and occasionally heading into town to check on some of the small businesses he still owns - once an entrepreneur, always an entrepreneur!

Bea Guzman
Bea Guzman is the glue that holds the Guzman clan together. Ernie and Bea have been married for over 40 years with a foundation built on strong Christian values. Bea’s effervescent personality, warm and loving demeanor, and diligent focus on family makes the Guzman ranch a popular destination for friends and guests alike. Bea has never met a stranger and it shows. On any given day, you will find her jogging the winding ranch roads with her pups, Bentley and Bruno. She dedicates her free time volunteering for non-profit organizations within the community and always welcomes guests with open arms.
